The Hager ADA166U 16A 30mA 10kA C Curve Type A Single Pole SP RCBO is a single pole and solid neutral residual current breaker with over-current compact device which protects electrical systems from residual current and over current faults.This is achieved by combining the overcurrent functions of a MCB (miniature circuit breaker), with the earth fault capabilities of an RCCB (residual current circuit breaker) in a single compact protection device unit.It has a type C tripping curve which immediately interrupts the supply when the current rises between 5 to 10 times its rated current of 6-amps.This makes it especially useful in commercial/industrial applications where higher short circuit currents are more likely, e.g.with inductive loads and fluorescent lamps.The maximum rated current of the Hager ADA166U is 10A, the earth leakage current is 30mA, which can prevent direct/indirect contact electric shock, and the fault current is 10kA.
