The Europa MEC2M 2 Module IP40 Metal Enclosure with Lid is a 2-module metal-clad consumer unit and circuit protection enclosure with a polycarbonate lid.It is ideal for DIN rail mounting and protecting the miniature circuit breaker when there are uneven loads, overloads, and faults by interrupting the circuit immediately if a fault is detected.It also comes complete with earth terminals, neutral terminals, and 2 x 20mm cable entries at either end of the unit.In addition, the Europa MEC2M 2 meets BS7671:3008, BS EN 61439-3 standards with an IP40 rating for protection against low pressure water jets and dust ingress greater than 1mm.Overall, it is suitable for domestic households and uses in other similar or associated premises, and some typical applications include garages and small workshops when used to control heating or lighting etc.Dimensions of H 146mm x W 80mm x D 62mm (90 including the lid) x Tails terminal capacity 35mm x Earth terminal capacity 16mm.
