Terms and Conditions

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Product Return

You can contact us regarding your returns at [email protected].

Please include your order number in your request.
If your return is accepted (subject to the terms of our policy above), you will receive instructions on how to ship the returned product.

If you wish to request a refund, there are two ways to make it happen:

• We refund you in the same way you made your payment.
• If your payment was made by card or bank deposit, it will take a few working days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

The person concerned will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the refund.
Items sent to us without any notification will not be accepted.

Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package via [email protected] or via Instagram @beautifulthings_by_me by attaching pictures of the product.

Please include your order number in your request and we will promptly initiate a replacement.

In this case there is no additional charge for returning your product to us and reshipping it.
