The Hager NCN320A 20A 10kA Type C Triple Pole TP MCB is a miniature circuit breaker which is compatible with DIN-rail mounting.It is a triple poled, 3 module miniature circuit breakers with a type C curve tripping mechanism.The type C curve is designed to immediately trip at 5 to 10 times the full load rated current, perfect for use in high inductive loads with high switching surges.The miniature circuit breaker detects overcurrent’s, and protects electrical currents against short circuits and overload currents by interrupting the supply.This helps prevent installation damage, perfect for use in consumer units and distribution boards in a range of domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.The Hager NCN320A MCB is also designed to ensure control and isolation and comes supplied with a simple cable entry facility, built in cable protection, and neutral and earth terminal bars for ease of cabling.For increased electrical circuit protection, it is recommended that the current carrying capacity should always exceed the MCBs current rating.It has 20,000 mechanical operations, an electrical endurance in 4,000 cycles, 20A current rating, and 10kA short circuit rating.It also has an operating dolly which may be locked in an ON or OFF position, without affecting the trip mechanism’s ability to operate as normal.For improved protection, it is recommended that the current capacity should ALWAYS exceed the MCBs current rating.The Hager NCN320A MCB meets BS EN 60898 standards, with an IP20 rating meaning the MCB is protected against dust ingress and solid particles greater than 12mm in size, as well as touch proof.Dimensions of H 83mm x W 52.5mm x D 70mm, 25mm² flexible conductor connection capacity, and 35mm² rigid conductor connection capacity.2 years warranty included.
